Cocktail Class..

Remember this beautiful photo was featured in last week's Friday Favourites? Well today we're going to teach you how to make it. The Skinny Raspberry Collins cocktail is made using our Free Fresh Bitter Lemon and is only 124 calories. YUM!


Right, you need:

35ml gin
20ml raspberry puree
10ml fresh lemon juice
15ml sweetener syrup
100ml SodaStream Free Fresh Bitter Lemon.


Method:

Stir the raspberry puree, gin, lemon and syrup in the bottom of a Collins glass and fill it up with crushed ice. 
Top with carbonated SodaStream Free Fresh Bitter Lemon and stir.
To serve, garnish with lemon and a raspberry spear.

Delicious.
