- 1 bottle SodaStream Fizzy Water, highly carbonated (5 or more buzzes)
- About 4 oz. Low-carb whole milk
- About 2 oz. Low-carb chocolate syrup/ Melted Dark Chocolate
- 1. Into a tall glass, pour about 2 inches of ice-cold whole milk, and insert a long spoon
- 2. Add extra-fizzy water until the glass is nearly full
- 3. Slowly add chocolate syrup in a thin stream and stir gently to mix
- 4. For best results, use very cold ingredients
- Feel free to experiment with this recipe. We love it with a tiny bit of salted caramel or mint flavouring either.
