It is the weekend (finally!) and we couldn't be happier to see the end of a very busy week. We know we talk a lot about getting people to drink more water. It is something we are really passionate about and try to practice ourselves, but after a long week at work sometimes only a naughty drink will do!

Water Made Exciting

When hosting a party, it is your job to cater for all of your guests. This means having a wide range of snacks and drinks on offer in the hope that everyone will find something they like. While a lot of us get caught up with planning cocktail nights and buying differet wines, it is important not to forget your guests who prefer a non alcholic drink. It is so thoughtful to offer adult guests something other than a soft drink. With that in mind, we thought it would be fun to share one of our favourite wasy to drink Sparkling Water here in the office.

At Christmas time we can be known to indulge in lots of chocolates, rich dinners and of course exciting cocktails - is it the best time of the year after all! Sometimes though, it can be really refreshing to serve something that has a much lighter taste and much fewer calories while still being refreshing. Whether you're hosting a big drinks party at your home or a work do, it is always good to have a few drink choices on the go to please all your guests. Today we thought it would be good to share something new!
